"Picked up a cake clearly priced at $11.99 they charged me $26.99 for the cake! I brought it to the manager’s attention and she said “oh it’s priced wrong” took the cake in the back and changed the price! Not my fault that they priced it wrong and knew about it and never fixed it!I appreciate the automated response to my review however all the response is telling me is to contact someone the way I already have! So maybe someone should actually DO something rather than give me the run around! I have submitted a review, contacted the manager (with NO response) and contacted corporate! The next step is to report this location to the state and county offices! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with as far as managers go! Who takes someone’s purchase and runs in the back with it to change the price and refuses to talk to their customer? This is the worst Dairy Queen ever and sorry to tell you but it ruins it for all Dairy Queen’s for me!"
