Chicken Tenders Recipe

First, you'll want to grab a shallow bowl and fill it with flour. In another shallow bowl, mix together breadcrumbs, ground black pepper, and a touch of cayenne pepper for a little kick. In a small bowl, whisk together some eggs and water.

Now, take each piece of chicken and coat it in the flour, then dip it in the egg mixture, and finally coat it in the seasoned breadcrumbs. Set the coated chicken aside as you continue with the rest.
