Next, heat up some oil in a deep fryer until it's 375 degrees F. Just enough oil to cover the wings, about an inch deep. While that's heating up, melt some butter in a saucepan over low heat, along with hot sauce, pepper, and garlic powder. Stir that all together until it's nice and blended.

Fry up those coated wings in the hot oil for about 10 to 15 minutes, until they're nice and brown. Take them out, toss them in a bowl, pour that hot sauce mixture all over them, and give it a good stir. Voila, they're ready to serve. And don't make me do this again.
