Paella Recipe

First, gather all your ingredients. You'll need some rice, chicken, chorizo, shrimp, mussels, saffron, paprika, bell peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes, and peas. Don't forget the chicken broth and olive oil!

Start by heating some olive oil in a large pan. Add in the chicken and chorizo, cooking until they're browned. Next, toss in the onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Let them cook until they're nice and soft.

Now, sprinkle in some saffron and paprika, letting the flavors meld together. Add in the rice and give everything a good stir. Pour in the chicken broth and let it simmer until the rice is cooked through.
