it was my first vegan restaurant experience, and absolutely satisfying. they only have one main plate on their menu, but it is like 15 finger food(ish) with suppe, sushi rice, which has a hauch of fruit aroma, Nori leaves to their own sushi (Temaki-sushi in japanese.) the menu changes every month. it was impressively tasteful. also it was quite funny to make Temaki-sushi with the unique materials.
