best udon in japan so far. the noodles are beautiful and chewy and cooked for perfection. the vegan broth was also really good and had additional sweetness in it (mainly mushrooms). the personal was also nice and when they first accidentally gave me the non-vegan broth, they apologised and exchanged them, no need to annoy.
