I visit arimatsu not very often, as there is not much to do, although it is advertised as a good day trip from nagoya and many shirbori shops, if it is actually worth about an hour time and the few shops that are open, all the same things. this backery is one of the highlights tho and the brote and baked goods are always on point and amazing. make sure they are past here on a quick trip to arimatsu. I was often in dashenka in the toyota city. when I visited arimatsu for the international art festival aichi 2022 on the other day, I visited this dashenka for the first time. I came after 12:00 on Friday, but it was empty. I bought a piece of pizza, sausage bread and ice and ate in caffeine in the 2nd floor. I wanted to eat in the green courtyard, but in the summer it's really hard. the taste is the usual dashenka taste, with a strong wine taste. I am not dissatisfied with the price of broth, but 500 yen for an icey coffee seems too expensive, although it is organic. by the way, darshenkas symbol is a sweet dog. dashenka was the name of the dog of the Czech Sci-Fi writer Karel čapek who invented the word robot. Owner, are you a Chapek fan?
A secret bakery in Arimatsu Located in Arimatsu, Midori Ward, Nagoya City Takeout at Dashenka Warehouse There is also a cafe, but when I visited after 16:00, the cafe was over, so I only took out Arimatsu is famous for Arimatsu Shibori. It's in the middle of an old town. A hideaway bakery that is quietly located behind a Japanese restaurant Walnut and fig bread 250 yen A cross section with a big impact with a big fig. The simmering figs were delicious.
Tasty broth and the best cinnamon roll I had in japan!
