"The best place in Nagano for Tonkotsu Shoyu noodles pork born soup with soy source. Salty, fatty and thick soup with noodles are great. Two kind of grilled pork are available: pork libs or hams, both are lobely tastes anyway. Ticket vending machine is available, no English menu, no parking lot, counter only. No credit card payment is acceptable, but PayPay is okay."

"It’s a little bit on the pricey side but the serving portion is rather generous (especially if you are a small eater; it was like 2-3 meals for me). Food was also good. I tried the venison set. Maybe not the greatest choice because it seems that venison is best cooked as a steak, but I wanted to try other ways of cooking this meat, so I got what I wanted."

"A small 2 level English pub is located about 5 minutes from the train station. Came here on a weekend and it was packed, but there was only one staff. People who drink flow into the streets. Always alive and one of the few places open until midnight in Nagano. Fish n chips take about 30 minutes to prepare. Come early or you can't get a seat!"
