"Absolutely wonderful experience in every way. If you only have one food experience on Koh Tao, this is the one to have. The food in Trust the Chef was brilliant I don’t usually go for degustation type meals but this one is well worth it. The food is so obviously made with thought and care and is delicious. By the end I couldn’t fit in another bite. Chris, Chayaphon and staff were so warm, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. They were able to cater for a vegetarian amongst our group without losing any of the flavours and I loved the introduction of every dish. Wonderful atmosphere and a beautiful location. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Really well done perfect substitutes without losing any of the wonderful flavours or textures."

"Stunning on this place for a drink after I had seen the menu, I had to come back the next day and try everything. Everything was very professional and well designed, the staff was nice and tender. (Get an Espresso martini) the food was good, but not overwhelming. A wide selection of tapas that you really can't go wrong. Had a nice sunset to finish it all off"

"We came here before we left Koh Tao, it's only a few minutes from the pier. Delicious breakfast and so many options to choose from even many vegetarian/vegan options as well. The portion sizes are super big! Great view right next to the ocean. I can totally recommend it!"
