"Ukai Toriyama was SO GOOD. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious Japanese dining experience. The atmosphere was amazing, and we were taken to private little houses with a glass wall overlooking a koi pond. They even told us June-August is hotaru season, so the gardens are filled w fireflies at night. Reservations are a must. Other than the food being really good, the service was top-notch. The staff were friendly, informative about the dishes, and super attentive (you will never have to ask for water lol), making sure that every guest is well taken care of and has a memorable experience. As for pricing, we each paid 12.5k yen for the set meal we chose (chicken and beef), but it was 100% worth it for the quality of the food and the overall experience. There 's even a free shuttle service that takes you back to the train station."

"Good meaty burger, similarly priced to shake shack. The burger is a decent size and it comes with a side of fries which is good. The fish and chips are okay but they are great value at less than 800 yen including tax."

"You can get one main dish, unlimited rice, green curry and soup with just 1000¥ in lunch time. The size and food is really worth for what you spend. Green curry is really good while the tomyum ramen is just ok I’ve had better, the soup didn’t have the rich, flavorful and creamy taste. Pad Thai is my favorite, so is French fries. Overall the best Thai restaurant in Fussa area."
