"Itoigawa has recently been a stop on the shishaansen line, and is a transfer point for ski areas visited by foreign countries. it has, however, a long way to go with regard to food. there is probably no single vegetarian living in the city, and try to order vegan in most restaurants, they get an empty star best. so I was very pleased to get in touch with bambino, whose young chef and chef are both familiar with veganism and are ready to put their proud on a custom 4-course meal (3 plus pizza). However, as they do not often receive this type of business, they ask 48 hours of advance notice to ensure that they can store the ingredients for a proper one. if they fall in without notice, they have slimmer pickings the wood-fired marinara pizza is vegan as is (and tasty) and they can order olives, salad-hold-the-dressing etc. enough to join a meal together, but they do not really give them a chance to shine so if they plan in advance, necessarily make a reservation and vegan specify. my menu: 20-Gemüse salat with various ruffles 100% pure vegatable supp marinara pizza tomatensauge von fußgemüse four stars for the understanding of veganism and offers possibilities in an otherwise infertile part japans."
