"Food quality is no doubt excellent, very original American style. However, the restaurant doesn't work hard enough (seems not intended to) to enforce non-smoking policy. There are several non-smoking signs posted at the outdoor dining area but there are obviously many customers still smoking while sitting at the table. The employees just pretend that they didn't see it. Understand it is important to maintain customer relationships but why bother posting a non-smoking sign but not enforce the policy? In addition, the 2nd floor dining are (real non-smoking area) always open and bar area isn't big enough for non-smoking customers... It is really sad..."

"Called the hostel to attempt to change the dates of my stay. They refused, so I asked to cancel, and they said they could not cancel. I was okay with that. Hostel then messaged me several times later that day asking where I was and when I would be checking in, despite my earlier requests. They then threatened to charge a no-show fee... yeah, obviously I was going to be a no-show. Terrible customer service, would not stay here if I had another chance."
