In the Yanaigai area, TONTON, the number one Katsudon restaurant, unfortunately closed down due to the hated pandemic while I couldn't go. But thankfully, Hiromi Shokudo is still persevering. Their Katsudon is 600 yen, with a large serving for 700 yen, which is always what I order. The thin katsu is layered with two pieces, giving it a unique touch.
