"I was recently of a terrible experience looking for a place to lunch near fuli, but it turns out that juli has happened much more and had a series of different veg*n restaurants to choose. this place had a fairly high average rating on google, so I decided to give it a shot. we had a slight shed between tables, because sitting things are limited and a bigger party came after we sat on one of the few six culminating, but apart from that, the logistics of our lunch went well. my (omni) elterns were impressed by the quality and the worth the cook delivered. (he is originally from vietnam, vegetarian has eaten all his life and has lived in taiwan for 22 years we enjoyed the savory reis pudding, knödel, sommes and noodles in sesamsoße very much! the “Fish” sauce that came with the spring rolls could have been a bit more tasteful. the licorice dried bean curded a stamp. but I think the vegan bark soup was nothing like his homonymous omni counterpart. I think his Chinese name should have been zimtnudeln, rather than as the English menu called it. it was very busy after 1 clock on Wednesday. it is also rare to find a restaurant in taiwan which remains open between lunch and dinner. I would also recommend this place if it is a 15-minute walk from the train station: they will make it worth their time!"

"There are classic agitator noodles, rice and soup. The fried dishes are somewhat oily, but still tasty. Most dishes contain eggs so let them know if you want to leave them. The interior is beautiful and it is also good to see that your food is cooked as you wait. Updated by previous review on 2022-04-06"

"We pre-ordered dinner in the afternoon for later the same day. The menu clearly indicated which dishes are vegan 素 . The staff were accommodating and had our dishes ready on time. The portion size for three dishes was a bit too small for my omni dad’s appetite, so my parents ordered a chicken dish for themselves. He also skipped lunch. I felt like the cabbage was too greasy, but the day lilies and mushrooms tasted good. They use disposable rice bowls, cups, and chopsticks, so BYO if you want to avoid generating trash. Beer is available from the self-service fridge. Our room was quite small, and they don’t have reusable towels: only the paper ones. Wouldn’t stay here again."

"Dinner and ordered two dishes together with a hotpot for 3. The fried chayote shoots were fresh and delicate, but the other dishes were simply perfect. Hotpot cost 300 and mostly had cabbage and not many other ingredients you can find much cheaper options elsewhere in Taiwan. This restaurant was clearly geared to tourists who visit the hot springs and is an acceptable choice when the vegetarian restaurants are close."
