The chicken soba (hot) was delicious! The soup, with its rich color, was sweet and the chicken thigh meat floating in it was tender and juicy. The noodles were thick like country soba, but not as firm as Ise soba or Kusafuto. However, being country soba, they had a satisfying chew. I regret getting the extra-large size.
