What User likes about Firehouse Diner:
We had a fantastic lunch here. We arrived as 4 guys with big appetites and we left left stuffed to the gills with real good food. The service was fantastic (Big thanks to Cindy). We each had a different meal, (elk burger, Beef Dip, regular burger, etc) and we were all raving about the taste, the portions and the service as we left 90 minutes later. I went to this restaurant for dinner with my mother in law and 1 year old son. We ordered appetizers, mains and drinks. My mother in law was treating me to a special dinner.I ordered chicken and pasta. It took a really long time to arrive all while entertaining my son. When it arrived it was gross. My dinner was okay but overcooked meat and limp veggies in my salad. Waiter was pleasant enough but not very helpful to my concerns on the over done steak
My mother and I rolled into 100 mile house super hungry, and after doing a quick tour around town we picked this unassuming place.
