"A one night stay at this lovely hotel. Quirky room on 6th floor, had spiral staircase to the room with a terrace. Views overlooking the promenade. Good safe underground parking for the motorbike. Continental breakfast was fantastic with a large selection of food. Staff polite, friendly and spoke good English."

"Cené en la Cuchara Veggie ayer en el Nachiños Fest y estaba todo súper rico, pedí la veggie hamburguesas completa y los veggie tequeños y súper rico todo! "Lunch of a salad langostinos. Enough for two persons to share. Same with the deep fried Chicken strips on a bed of chips with a curry mango dip. Again adequate portion to share. Shared dessert,bottle of wine and water fantastic value at 37.40 euros. If it was the owner that served tables very dynamic personality that for some could be a bit intimidating. We found it a great place in the middle of A Coruña."

"Family business with very tasty hot and cold sandwiches on the menu as well as several classic combinations of hot dogs, burgers and bocadillos. service and beer are good. open sandwiches are unusual with some excellent combinations; most come with beautifully melted cheese on the head. it is worth starting the sandwich compound (ham, cheese, salad and tomaten), but the chivito (marinated pigs and cheese,) porteñito (frankfurter and speck) or panceplan (bacon and cheese) bocadillos are also great option."

"Came here for our dinner as it was close to our hotel and had great reviews. When offering us a table the waiter referred to us to his colleague as ingles which was a load disrespectful. The menu was only in Spanish which is fair enough but the waiter made no effort to help us with the menu so in the end we picked an octopus/ pulpo dish off the specials. The Pulpo was perfectly cooked and had been beautifully grilled the bottle of Albariño was excellent too just a shame we didn’t feel welcome or wanted hence not a perfect 5!"
