"Really enjoyed my dining experience at La Picoteria. The servers were all friendly and helpful and the place itself is modern and clean. Our first drinks order was served with complimentary stuffed eggs (huevos rellenos) which were totally delicious. The menu is presented on a tablet which is left at the table. Most items on the menu had a picture so you could see what you were getting. Great idea! We ordered the skewers of Langostina which were plump and juicy and served with a green mayonaise. Full marks for that dish. Sliced fillet beef on a bed of sauteed potatoes. Full marks again. Chicken dippers which came with a tube of homemade honey mustard mayo which were a tad salty for me but nonetheless tasty and presented in a very creative way. Pimientos de Padron cooked perfectly. The place was rocking the night we ate here which means they´re doing something right. Total bill including 2 glasses of wine, 2 beers and 2 G&Ts was 66 euros including tip. Great value, great atmosphere. Go!"

"It is located in an external neighborhood but it is worth to go if you want to eat quality for a very little price. Seafood or meat. Menu or tapas/raciones . Anyway, all is good. At lunch they have menu. It is big as the traditional Galician cuisine(big portions). The raciones or the free tapas are great and big. The French fries are home made with olive oil as people do at home in here. Just a very little thing that makes a huge difference...real fries with real taste of fresh oil not used 100 of times before!. I try to comeback here every time I come to Coruña. I love it!"

"Lunch of a salad langostinos. Enough for two persons to share. Same with the deep fried Chicken strips on a bed of chips with a curry mango dip. Again adequate portion to share. Shared dessert,bottle of wine and water fantastic value at 37.40 euros. If it was the owner that served tables very dynamic personality that for some could be a bit intimidating. We found it a great place in the middle of A Coruña."
