What Bionqua B doesn't like about Captain Jake's:
I went for the 1st time. I'm not sure if it's a regular thing but we had to sit outside because we didn't have a reservation. Although the outside has a tent/plastic, it's still cold (went in Nov). There were no large outdoor heaters as you could see in neighboring restaurants. The service was slow, we waited a while for food, but the food was good.
