What User likes about Characters:
First time at this location. I ordered a burger but unfortunately a bit charred. The curly fries were awesome, overall I rate a 4 for the food. The waitress who attended my friend and I was very courteous and attentive. I will definitely come by again since everyone deserves a 2nd chance. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Characters:
The one star is for the lady at the front (the host) she was nice.. everything else was terrible. It was our first time there and last. Food took more than 75 mins to arrive. The food was ok nothing special. People who work there are not organized they need a lot of training. View all feedback.
