This is my first time having duck donuts, before ordering, I didn't realize that every donut is being decorated individually/manually, I ordered 2 dozen donuts with all different flavors. Called a day in advance to see if I needed to preorder for a party I was having the next day. The person on the phone told me I could pre order or could order any time the day of and there would be no issue.
