My husband I dine at Flaherty's-Macedon just about every Thurs. for lunch. Sue the Receptionist is so welcoming, Nora the Bartender is so helpful, Kathy the manager is so knowledgeable best of all is Carrie, the waitress we always request. Was greeted at the door with a smile and taken to a table around 2:15 pm. That was the end of it. Waited at the table for over 20 minutes with no water or any further recognition by anyone. Got up and left. Very disappointed. View all feedback.
