What Jayme U doesn't like about Frank's Pizza Italian:
Ordered a simple meal from here. Just a grilled chicken with only lettuce on a wrap. Literally had to go back 3 times because they kept messing up the food. They gave us a panini sandwich first, the second time they put it on a wrap with mayo, the third time they didnt put lettuce on it. Fast, friemdly and reliable service. Tried 3 pizzas, Grandmas slice, pepperoni and chicken bacon ranch. All 3 were amazing.
Came in with my family (a party of 9), and received the rudest service we have ever encountered. We left before we ordered drinks.
Stopped for dinner with family. Waiters could not explain menu, submitted order for wrong items. Service slow. Food terrible: grease, flavorless

Their specialty pizzas are soooo heavy but so good at the same time
