First time eating here after a recommendation. My friends and I love trying new ramen places and it’s great it’s closer to home. I ordered the MB Ramen which was good and the rest of the table ordered the Tan Tan which got mixed reviews. What User doesn't like about Mb Ramen — Huntington:
3.5 stars — One of the better ramen options on Long Island. Service is good. However, this last visit was odd. The ramen was not hot when it arrived at our table. Given that everything is made to order and that it is literally noodles in hot broth. I expected it to be hot. In Japan they actually douse the bowls in hot water to keep things extra hot. So it was very disappointing to have a Luke warm bowl of ramen on a cold fall day. My partners bowl was hotter. I’m assuming my (beef ramen) is less … – show.
