Food is good which is why im giving it a 2, we typically order to pick up. Usually alot of people working with little to no line, but, still even with our food sitting on the back counter have found myself waiting 15 to 20 mins to be asked if I can be helped, they constantly ignore the people waiting for service, pick up the phone and talk with people that they know coming in, has happened 3 times now.
