fantastisk køkken! Fiskesuppe, muslinger, peberbøf og schnitzel alt sammen meget velsmagende. luksuriøse portioner. Prisniveauet steg, men rimeligt. Vi kommer tilbage! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Den Fornoejelige:
Went for dinner with my family. Sat outside. Friendly staff but I believe they were a bit distracted? Our orders got mixed up and I didn't get beets with my meal, had to steal from one of the others. Also they didn't ask if we...wanted more to drink. The food (bacon with parsley sauce) tasted good but the bacon was more hard then crispy. The sauce was to die for. Would definetly eat here again but maybe not twice if... View all feedback.
Our first visit to the beautiful place ålbæk (the central rd loose to see and do) was a great memory thanks to the eating and service in this wonderful restaurant. I personally had the herring plate, plus the fried...Plaice; Danish clips, which was made simply perfect! in short service was eating and drinking great.
After a long day we were curious to find somewhere to have a nice late lunch / almost dinner dinner and trip advisor brought us into this restaurant surely a "travellers choice" must be good, right? the prices were quite steep but the waitress seemed. plentiful and we decided to decide for the flaeske ridge with petersiliensoße and the cattleburger. both portions were good sizes and looked quite beautiful when they came to the table, but my man burger was crushed in a disturbing pink unknown sauce, a cheese place made of plastic, and the entire dish including the salad was completely tasteless. flæskesteg is a Danish classic that I had many paintings over the years, and of course various restaurants can offer very small variations, but the bases are always the same. I have never given gammon instead of gay! this is what flæskesteg itself means and there is no other on the menu. I asked it and was said: "That's how we do it." since I don't like how gammon I had a few hot boiled kartoffels and some of the sose what was ok. my annoyance was then even worse by not even asking why the meals were not eaten when they bought the bill over and then at the payment of the full amount, because they had so obtuse the waitress to choose which currency I should pay on the card machine! that was a crushed meal for what we have eaten and left hungry. No, we'll never visit again.
Today we went to eat. the staff was very friendly and welcoming in view of these difficult times. the fish soup was very tasty, so they do the shooting star. the restaurant is clean and tidy. highly recommended if they have a traditional Danish foot in. want to try a relaxing atmosphere.
The staff is very nice, you get the feeling of family feeling. eat very well done and good. a place to make sure to visit again.
