"First of all, a mega cozy case! Everything fits the theme. The vegan sausage was super good with taste. You can veganize certain hot dogs and the waitresses knew very well which one. "We come here regularly, but the last time I saw you, we're gonna run. We were with a group of 8 people and ate à la carte. We had a feeling we'd take more for those reasons than customers who took the menu. We were there at 6:30, and his new house can leave at 11:00. The time between the three courses was so long. We also had the impression that there were a series of sessions where there was a participant. For example, the lamb crown was a lot less meat than the time before. Also the moelleux was completely different than taste. The only taste that came was butter ip chocolate. It's a shame this time fell so bad, because the other times, the food and the service was fantastic."

"The place definitely justifies the high reviews. The service is so nice and helpful, and the food is great. I had a classic toast (with avocado) and triple Madam, which were well decorated and tasty. The Classic one was better though. The coffee here is also good. Ps. A great place for brunch."

"We had one of the best meals of our lives at Preus in Bruges. We were told by our host that this restaurant was begun by a chef, Jelle Hinderyckx, that used to have a restaurant with Michelin stars. It’s clear his new restaurant is well on its way to getting a Michelin rating as well. Some highlights include an exquisitely fresh Seabass, superbly cooked and placed atop a mussel risotto. It’s hard to describe how melt-in-the mouth delicious this dish was. The portions were generous, and I ate the whole thing. My husband had a perfectly cooked duck with shallots and green beans. Our dessert was a simple vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce, but you have never tasted vanilla ice cream like this, and the chocolate sauce was to die for. Everything was elevated in terms of quality and preparation. We would travel to Bruges simply to eat at this restaurant."
