"Our Mof experience was so good. We ordered their tasting, which was 5 courses. Each dish had amazing aromas and was so fresh. They work with a local farmer who is their friend to get fresh fruit, vegetables and herbs daily. They create their menu based on the best ingredients that their Farmer friend harvest. On tasting they give you complementary sour bread and I promise you it is some of the best bread you have. It was so beautiful and delicious. If you are in Aarhus, make sure to check them. Tip: Sit on the counter, the chefs are amazing people and so friendly to speak. It helps to increase the whole experience!"

"Super hyggeligt sted og der var rigeligt mad og vin. Bestilte tapas til 2, en øl fra anarkist og et glas rosé dejlig størrelse på det skænkede glas) og mega dejligt med fri vand til maden ! Som i øvrigt var stilfuld anrettet og smagte virkelig godt. Personale var imødekommende og serviceminded. Tak Vi kommer igen."

"Carolina and Texas BBQ in Aarhus, Denmark. The staff was friendly, attentive and seemed to be having fun. The atmosphere is laid back and comfortable. It is a open place with a big menu on the wall. Country music playing in the background. Although it is open, it is not overly loud. The popcorn shrimp starter was good, although, who can resist fried anything. I then enjoyed a combo meal with Brisket and Ribs. The waiter explained the different sauces on the table and when I mentioned I like a bit of spice with my BBQ he broke out a Ghost Pepper hot sauce that was pretty potent, but spiced up the meal nicely. The ribs were meaty and tasty and although they looked a bit dry, they were tender and juicy. The brisket was alright as well. A bit different than in the US, but it was still tasty and the sauces were nice as well. They have a drink named, Honey Boo Boo . I can 't remember what was in it, maybe bourbon and honey are included, but, it was tasty and any time I think about it, I chuckle. Nice touch. All-in-all, a nice meal in a great atmosphere. If you need a 'Q fix, in Aarhus, head on over!"
