I had not eaten crawfish in about 4 years so I went pick some up. The mild crawfish were very tasteful but the shells were so hard to peel. I had to throw some away bc my fingers were so raw from trying to peel them. They were the dark red shells. I like the lighter red shells bc they are so much easier to peel. We were very excited to try this place this past weekend, after seeing the Facebook post from the Crawfish Ambassador, saying how delicious the crawfish was here. But sadly we were extremely disappointed. I gave 2 stars because the size of the crawfish was decent, but y'all , this crawfish was so gross, we ordered both regular and spicy, they all tasted muddy like they hadn't even purged/cleaned them, idk about y'all...
