I just tasted the galette of kings (frangipane version) for people. Overall the recipe is good, the cake is well-stocked (see photo) with authentic frangipane and well-controlled cooking. The pastries are delicious, the breads also, especially the leaven bread, I recommend without hesitation.
It was a real pleasure to have a breakfast early in the morning with the two ladies (I suppose it was the owner and his daughter). The house breathes tradition....
