Awesome place for a beginner “hotpoter”, yes I made that word up. If you haven’t been Hot Potting before this is a good place to start, common ingredients and easy to manage.I liked the fact that we weren’t bothered, we just did our own thing and just relaxed. Great place for a few friends to gather. Why I say few, thats because you may get caught sitting apart from each other and end up having to scream at each othe... View all feedback.

We went to this hot pot to give it a go and having been to other hot pot restaurants, I had a certain level of expectation. On arrival, you are seated at the train and choose your soup base. The restaurant isn't very spacious and once your soup base heats up it can get quite hot inside. This is one of our go-to winter spots. It appears to have new management, but the restaurant itself has remained consistent. I appreciate that the meat for the hot pot is now kept in a freezer instead of being served on a conveyor belt.
I absolutely adore the concept of this restaurant! The staff is friendly and welcoming. I can't wait to go back again this weekend.
Located in central Richmond, this hotpot restaurant is a gem. The self-serve concept has been gaining popularity recently. Each person gets their own soup base and can choose from a variety of ingredients to add. The ingredients were all fresh and the staff was very friendly.
Went with a group of friends. Good selection and food. Had a seat where the steam from the other pots would reach me. Made me a bit loopy breathing in that Tom yum oxygen. It made for a good night. 10/10
Definitely well worth the money with great choices of variety and seafood options available! The food itself is great and the Tom yum soup is my go to <br/ <br/ The price is abit on the higher side but decent for an all you can eat. Not sure if I ate my moneys worth though . Not time rushed either like some other places!! <br/ <br/ The train is a great concept and there is a nice ambience to the place.
