"The salad was fresh and crisp. They have the perfect set up for salad and a sandwich in their "To Go "containers that help keep the sandwich warm and the salad fresh. Their sesame dressing is one of the best Ive had. Great Job Saladworks!!"

"I can’t believe after more than 7 years in the area that we haven’t even step foot in this wonderful diner. It’s easy to overlook with the surrounding area, but I tell you that the food that we ordered on a Friday morning for breakfast was out of this world. My southern hubby raved about their biscuits and gravy and I had a perfectly cooked steak with a beautiful charred. Coffee was great, smooth and no after taste. Our Waitress were awesome. We will be a regular!"

"I brought my son to eat lunch. although I feel that it was a bit smart at the higher end price, quickly found out that it was good. the portion size was extremely large and all ingredients were very fresh. my son liked that he was able to eat his meal with exactly what he wanted and let me know happy that he would eat and enjoy everything he had."

"Started out with alligator bites, which had a great coating and dipping sauce, a cup of gumbo which was excellent, then for dinner blackened catfish and the short rib special. Both were very tasty, though a little pricey. Dessert included an excellent key lime pie and pecan pie. Overall a really nice dinner."

"Everything was excellent from service waitress Gabriel) to hot delicious fresh rolls with butter pats that are somewhat warmed by the bread, to appetizer crab Louie great flavor) to a fresh wedge salad and outstanding crab cakes and stuffed salmon. It could not have been a better meal especially not knowing what to expect as first time diners. And there was no rush as customarily we Americans love to rush through dinner. The whole experience took over 90 minutes. I will be coming back monthly for sure. Thank you Backfin Blues and Gabriel for making this first experience a great one."
