Management: Please Train your staff in Customer Service! To say it is lacking is an understatement. The lady taking orders at drive thru sounded downright miserable. Then, the gentleman taking money handing food barely looked at me; no thank you, here you go or any verbal recognition that I was a paying customer. I told HIM thank you: he said nothing. "The food was dependably quality, though bland at times. After being treated to having to listen to a contemptuous diatribe about having to give her employees sick leave and how they'd use it to scam her by the owner while waiting to be seated, we just never went back again. Anyone who treats their employees with such contempt didn't deserve the business."
