We had a great family meal last weekend at Zizzi's. The ambience is very good, the menu caters for all we have 2 teenagers and a 10 year old and the menu works for everyone. The service was excellent, one of the main courses was not warm and the staff sorted it promptly and efficiently. We have a very enjoyable meal. View all feedback.

What User doesn't like about Zizzi Aberdeen:
My Husband had pasta and there was more pasta than anything else on the plate.I had a chicken skewer dish and the chicken was really dry. The staff are excellent and were very attentive. The place was quite quiet compared to the other restaurants in Union Square. I was quite disappointed actually. I don't think I would go back. View all feedback.

Had a very enjoyable meal but unfortunately the service let them down a little bit, but we did get our puddings taken off the bill by way of apology

Service was good overall. Somehow my booking was not on the books even though confirmed by email. Luckily there was a table available. Do not order the risotto.

"Came here for dinner with my boyfriend, my brother and sister in law for a Saturday night dinner. The ambience and decor were great, a really enjoyable atmosphere to have a meal in. My boyfriend and I shared bruschetta and calamari for a starter, both tasted fresh and were good portion sizes. For main I had the halibut which came with chilli and garlic spaghetti, it was absolutely delicious full of delicate flavours. At £17.95 for a main course, this is a pricey option (pastas are much more reasonable, a range between £8 £12) but halibut is wonderful so it is worth it. They also have quite an extensive daily specials menu...I think there was 5 or 6 things on it, and I wanted all of them which is unusual for me. Finally, the wait staff were excellent there was many of them it felt like every time someone came to our table it was a new face, but they were smiling, helpful and efficient. The only negative i have to comment on is that the toilets upstairs were absolutely tiny and rather claustrophobic. For a restaurant of this size, I hope those aren't the only toilets they offer!"

"First visit to restaurant but certainly not last. Had many takeaways before and never disappointed too. The restaurant is off the beaten track but well worth a visit. Loved the layout and sitting in the booth was great too. Service and ambiance fantastic and choices in the restaurant menu were great along with guidance from our waiter Starters were amazing and so fresh. My king prawn puri was sublime and my hubby’s friend Nino bahjees were still tasty both accompanied with fresh salad. Hubby opted for a Kashmir chicken curry dish full of flavour I had a lamb dish that melted in the mouth. Accompanied by peshwari nan and coconut rice we were very full so couldn’t go for sweet. Recommend you give this place a try."
