Ate at Cwitch our first day in Wales. Menu is clearly marked with GF, vegan, and vegan options. When someone comes in with a gluten allergy, they use spearste cook spaces, boards, utensils, etc. We each had the smashes avocado and poached eggs on toast with a pot of tea. Went for the first time yesterday and had a lovely breakfast and catered perfectly for gluten and dairy free
Very lovely, knowledgable and accommodating of dietry requirements family run very cosy highly recommend

Also, vegans are taken care of here. The restaurant offers a large assortment of dishes, in the preparation of which completely animal products are avoided, and even has gluten-free dishes on the menu list.
