"On the road back home and pulled in to Abernathy for a break. One of the best Diners we've been in for a long time. Clean. Spotless. Fast and friendly service. Best of all...they do not enforce, nor believe in masks. Wonderful Texans who value freedom and Excellent Food. Highly recommend!"

"My salad was delicious and I enjoyed it. My daughter enjoyed the grilled cheese sandwich with brisket and my husband enjoyed the pozole. The service was lacking but I think it's because they were short staffed. The place was beautiful and I wish we could have seen it during the day instead of an hour away from close up time. Everything on the menu sounds delicious! I almost ordered the Fried Brisket Mac appetizer as my meal:"
