"First time going here and was pretty disappointed. Server brought our drinks out and I had a bug frozen in the ice of my drink. We did offer to pay for the drinks anyway but I wasn’t feeling this place after that so we left. Definitely was not a good first impression."

"Texas Roadhouse has wonderful food and service. My family took me here for Mother's Day and naturally there was a very long wait since it was a holiday. While waiting, it allowed us to watch how they make their amazing homemade rolls. They have a case of raw steaks and let you select your own steak by labeling it and cook it to perfection. I ordered Prime Rib which I have to admit was overcooked and very dry. I have never sent back a steak so I reluctantly told the waiter who called his manager. She agreed right away and they brought me back the most amazing Prime Rib with horseradish sauce and I was one happy camper. Everyone one of us enjoyed our steaks and were very happy with the food and service. Highly recommend eating here when in Abilene."

"Food is great but customers here suck. The restaurant is in a primarily affluent area. Most of the regulars come from the Wiley area and the relative distance from several medical facilities mean a bunch of Karens come here. On several occasions, I've seen people complain here and make a big scene."
