Elmo's Pizza Subs from Aboite Menu

What Allana Coulter doesn't like about Elmo's Pizza Subs:
I was unhappy due to the fact that I verified with the associate, 2x after placing my order, to assure there were not mushrooms on my western sub. I am highly allergic to mushrooms. I got home to find mushrooms all over my sub... I contacted them and theydid offer me a replacement... what if I had not checked and ate it in the car?! This is super disappointing. I like the grab option in the morning. Not a huge fan of the pizza but the toasted subs are always a winner.

"This place was pretty good. Oysters were questionable though, I would not order them raw. Had some severe Chinese buffet vibes for dinner reason, don't know if that's what this used to be or what. Food was high end but waitress had no clue what she was even selling or doing. That's the world we live in now with service I guess I'm glad she was working..."

"Before explaining, the two stars are for management, not the front of house staff. Visited this location on 9/10/22 for dinner. No qualms about the food burgers were great. Kitchen staff, however, was slammed. And management was absolutely no help. While the title of the restaurant is Five Guys, it looked like there were only three guys working. It appeared as if the lobby employee walked out before the end of his shift. After this happened, kitchen staff was notably (and understandably) stressed. Having worked in food service before, management is usually expected to help out their staff in the middle of rush and/or trying times. During the middle of a rush, a few employees were even pulled off the line to go talk to management in the back. I felt bad for the kitchen staff they were trying their best. Our order got lost in the shuffle along with others'. Burgers were tasty ... just had to wait about 45 minutes for them. I hope management can learn how to support their employees better."
