"This was AMAZING! Tried something new for our anniversary, and it paid off!. This will probably be our new favorite spot in town. We each got a different steak, but they were both very well done. Not like overcooked, but tasted amazing. The sides were incredible and we loved every bit of the ambience and the staff. They were courteous, friendly, professional, and just wonderful to work with. The best part was the French toast dessert though. That was to die for. We may go back just for that. Oh, and I almost forgot, the chicken and waffle appetizer best in town. Not sure there’s anything I can say that needs to be improved. It was an all around great experience. We will be back for sure."

"This place was pretty good. Oysters were questionable though, I would not order them raw. Had some severe Chinese buffet vibes for dinner reason, don't know if that's what this used to be or what. Food was high end but waitress had no clue what she was even selling or doing. That's the world we live in now with service I guess I'm glad she was working..."

"The Factory has been around a long time. It carries a loyal clientele of repeat customers. I haven't been here in a long time . So this was my first time back in decades. No much has changed that I can tell.The restaurant is dated in terms of decor. The place is clean and in good repair. The booths are small for a party of four. The booth was cushy comfortable but uncomfortable because it was so tight. The staff was young and friendly and professional for the most part. The menu is one no page with enough choices to satisfy most parties of people. The prices weren't too bad in this hyper inflationary environment.We started with the table bread. It is kind of like a sour dough with a tad sweeter taste. The bread was a bit crunchy on the outside and a bit softer on the inside. Not bad with butter. Not outstanding though.I chose a side salad with my entree. The salad was fresh but very basic. Not much side veggies to give it pizzazz. The dressing seemed like a purchased item without much flare.My wife really liked the broiled fish and red skinned potatoes. The fish was nicely cooked.My other side was onion rings. I suspect that Halls shares this recipe across their facilities. The onion piece is a bit thin..too thin for me. The batter is a bit thin and very flaky. A tad bit of grease taste and maybe a little seasoning to break up the batter/grease flavor.The prime rib was very good. It was cooked nicelyto my medium rare choice. The beef had a good beef flavor without much fat content. It was served with a creamy horseradish sauce instead of a raw horseradish.Overall the Factory is a safe choice of good food. They have several larger meeting rooms that might be good for a rehearsal dinner or holiday party."

"This was a gathering of four people two couples; a friendly get together. We made a reservation that was seated on time. The setting was pleasant, the facilities were clean and well lit. The staff was professional. There was a minimal communication barrier, though the staff worked cohesively to effectively mute this issue. Overall the experience was a pleasant one for all of us. The food. Simply put, It was great! The portions were adequate, not oversized, not minimal. The flavors were spot on (not including the desserts later). We enjoyed an appetizer of Salt and Pepper Calamari. This is a dish we regularly try, this version was at the top of the class crisp and fresh. The main course was a blend of the Crispy as well as the Tea Smoked Duck. Both were spectacular! There was also an offering of Vegetable Tofu, enjoyable. The desserts. Not enjoyable, not worth the time. Unless they address this deficit, go elsewhere and spend your money and time. This did not ruin the evening, but it was an unforced error that did leave an unpleasant taste at the end of a great experience. We had the peppermint ice cream, and the cake. Neither were palatable. In closing, we will definitely visit this establishment again! As this was a friendly gathering, no photos were taken. Don't let that stop you from considering this establishment."

"Don't miss this place! The food was excellent and the service was quick. We ordered the samosas, Tom yum soup, Thai iced tea, pad Thai, and pad gra prao. Portions were great and the food was authentic and spot on. We will definitely be back!"
