What M T likes about Ziffles Zip N Go:
Haven 't been to Ziffle 's for at least 20 years. Last time there they were a cash only establishment. The restaurant was very clean and nicer than I remember. The only shortcoming was how close the tables were. We were in the corner which made it very difficult for even my 11 year old to get out to go to the restroom. What Victoria Clark doesn't like about Ziffles Zip N Go:
I bought a sandwich from them at the New Haven Fall Festival and I was overcharged by over $17 dollars. I was refunded $17, but as they reminded me, tax is also involved (they didn't understand the issue at first, I thought I was upset over tax, and they kept repeating that the tax was why it cost more than I thought).They did not refund me the tax on that $17, and I had just gone with the automatic tip presented to...
