"Service was oppressive. The dishes were good but the accompaniment lacked freshness or taste. Why hide the excellent Presskopf under crudities not season to see cool. A pot-au-feu (very good) with only a turnip and a quarter carrot in a little broth, and why serve again with a crudity plate see above."

Extase of the palace, the dishes are fine, very well cooked served by staff of great skills with smile and always a pleasant little word. "In this traditional, very dense French restaurant you eat the classic food in a typical ambience. Price-performance in the menus is excellent.We often returned to our home trip from holiday areas to saarbrücken here for the conclusion and ate "hors d ́oeuvre riche" in wonderful variety. Today we like to go to the small town 60 km away to the marketplace to the "Erckmann"!"
