Excellent ! We loved the food and the drinks! Innovative and interesting menu and the dishes are as tasty as they sound. Four of us shared a sampler appetizer plate, Mantoo, A vegetarian plate, and Beef Kofta kabob with saffron rice. The portions were ample, but not huge, and had distinctive, well balanced flavors. We were seated promptly at our 7:30 PM Open Table reservation, and it seemed the person at the desk did not look at all to confirm the reservation. After being seated, we waited almost 15 minutes for even a menu and I felt ready to leave! "I yelped to find a place near my job bc I wanted tacos for Taco Tuesday. Well, Taqueria Rendon was at the top of the list based on the reviews I read. So, I decided to give it a try. This place is located in a strip mall, but the color of the sign helped me find it easily. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a young woman who offered menus and a table near the window. I had already perused the menu online. Thus, I had a good idea of what I wanted to order. I decided to try the Elotes, Birra Quesadilla and rice with beans as my sides. My partner had a chicken and cheese quesadilla. My elotes arrived quickly. It was tasty. I would have liked to have more chili powder and cojita cheese. However, the corn itself was great. Our quesadillas arrived. When I tell you my Birra Quesadilla was enough for 2 people, I mean it. It was cut into 3s and I was only able to eat 1 piece. The Birra was overflowing and so flavorful. The rice and beans were good sides, but the Birra Quesadilla was definitely the highlight of my meal. I was so happy to have leftovers for the next day. My partner enjoyed his chicken quesadilla. He asked if we could return to Taqueria Rendon soon, so he could have another one. Needless to say, we will return to try more of delicious food at this place."

"We only buy fresh fish here it is usually good, not great. This week stood by the fresh fish counter for almost 15 minutes before numerous employees didn?t acknowledge us and walked right by. I had to yell ?hey? to get someone to help me. When they did, I asked for a pound of salmon, she did not know how to cut or measure a pound without my instruction. Last time going here Randall?s is better in every aspect and just earned a long time customer."
