What User likes about Vips:
This place reminds me of a Denny's, Norms type of restaurant but with more type of dishes. The food was okay. Price was okay too, could have save much more by eating from the street vendors but I was running low on pesos. I had to used my card. If you running low of pesos, check it out or stay eating from the street vendors or family own restaurants. View all feedback.

Special baby high chairs are available for toddlers and babies, and there's a counter where you can sit down and eat. If the weather are right, you can also be served outside, and there is a eating area with chairs/tables.
