the server were very friendly. Waiting time was decent. I have an extra pizza because they made a promo. the pizza itself was underwhelming

"What a nice place tucked into one of the side streets in Osu. The food was beautifully cooked and the drinks were good too. Our waiter was polite and happy to answer any questions we had about the meals. I had the beef rigatoni and my husband had the chicken delight pizza. They ask how you would like your pasta cooked, never been asked that question in any restaurant when ordering pasta. The pizza was full of flavour and ingredients. The rigatoni was seasoned and cooked well, no need to add anything to flavour it. The portion sizes are enough and I'm glad we didn't have a starter but instead opted for dessert"

"Great place to get local Ghanaian cuisine with a touch of class. It was a bit noisy when I visited, the closest hand washing station wasn't working properly, and it was almost impossible to get a place to park. Otherwise it was a wonderful evening."

"Easy to located at North Ridge. Visited the pool to relax on a public holiday. Ample parking space, clean, calm, serene premises, pool and pool area. Was not crowded and staff were polite, patient and ready to assist. Affordable walk-in pool user fee was reasonable at GHS50. The food was also reasonably priced as a hotel and looked more exciting than it tasted though, somewhere between bland and ok. I suggest you eat in the restaurant rather than pool side to avoid flies and enjoy your meal in peace."

"I booked my family and I for Christmas day buffet lunch at Alisa. It was advertised as 12-3pm. But didn't open for guests until about 12.20 or so. The hotel is certainly a 3 star establishment, the staff were fine, the eating hall was cool and comfortable with good ac and the spread was amazing. It looked very inviting. My only problem was that everything was cold. Despite being one of the first up to eat everything was cold! They didn't have those burner things that most buffets have under the trays to keep it warm. As such I only went up once and didn't leave full. So I was definitely disappointed with cold food. I did however really enjoy the live band. A lady called Titi Owusu, she was magnificent. Without her I would have left much earlier and gone home grumpy. She was amazing."
