what a jewel! brilliant wee shop with so much to offer. everything essential to keep us on vacation, from eating, wein and local knowing to a warm reception every time, tassen teekaffee at rainy days (the prety were much daily) and above all thanks for the WLAN access, which meant that I could inuch keep with my business for the moments of panic! laura, you are a star, salen is very happy! What a wonderful little store. Lovely GF cake and quiche in the tea shop. There are toilets and shower facilities here as well. Thank you for your hospitality. Good luck for the future
Great place to stop for filled rolls, cakes, snacks, etc to sit in or take away. Lovely coffee. And, of course, the shop for all sorts of stuff.
Cracking wee outpost on the ardnamurchan peninsula. Run by a lovely couple. I was hillwalking up Ben hiant and stopped off for a bacon butty and a tea. Did the hillwalk then when heading back for the ferry on my way back to Airdrie I stopped off again for another cup of tea (half spoon of sugar)and a slice of home made fruit cake which was to die for. The shop has just about everything you would need considering its remote location. It's wee gems like this that make Scotland the wonderful place that it is and the people who run them. Well done and I'll be back next time I'm in the area
