Hier kann man es sich gut gehen lassen. Dass die Beherbergung von Touristen jetzt erst so richtig anläuft, merkt man daran, dass man Infomaterial zum Ort und Umgebung noch vergeblich sucht und beim Frühstück die Auswahl noch überschaubar ist. Zu dominant scheint der benachbarte Touristenort Rattenberg zu sein. Als Eintrittspforte zum Alpbachtal braucht sich Brixlegg und seine von mir besuchte Gastronomie, auch wegen der noch günstigen Preise, nicht zu verstecken."
