"Friday 18 August 2023 I went with my wife to this restaurant Recommended by Amici. Arrived in this beautiful and elegant structure with a crazy view the waiter welcomes us and takes us to our table. Immediately came a tuna in really delicate batter! Accompanied by a glass of prosecco. We ordered as a starter a selection of raw materials that believe me in addition to being delicious were especially fresh!!!! Congratulations especially for the 4 delicious tartares and the smoked fish to the origani that left a very special aftertaste. To follow we ate 2 tuna cutters for example I asked the blood and I can assure you that it seemed freshly fished delicious especially the contour with red onion that accompanied it and that made the dish unique! As a sweet wife lover of pistachio took a dessert and I a sorbet. All accompanied by a great wine recommended by the waiter who has exactly adjusted our request! What an educated, kind, quick and prepared staff. The fish is really fresh and is processed by the kitchen impeccablely giving the dishes innovation and an amazing taste! Recommended we will return and recommend it to all our friends who will go to Sicily,"
