"With mostly great reviews and clearly marked vegan options we decided on a weekend to give it a try for lunch. The inside is cozy and clean, thankfully we were alone along with two staff members working on a table nearby.Vegan Pad Thai the taste was OK. It was very underwhelmed taste. It neither tasted sweet, sour or spicy. The seasonings not up to par. We had dinner size more on it later.Thai Sweet Basil disappointed with this dish as well. The taste just wasn’t coming across as well we expected the Thai flavours. The plain steamed rice was good.A large Tom Yum Soup the taste was better and we enjoyed the soup. The only disappointment was the temperature was way less hot for soup. By the we poured in bowls and started it was almost at room temperature. Three small bowls is all we hardly got out of large.The other disappointing factor for all the dishes above is the quantity for the price charged. NotMeant for sharing for sure, but also not filling enough after the meal."

"There hospitality and wonderful food was outstanding. I am so grateful to the staff, owners, cooks and wait staff. They surpassed every expectation especially considering that we where a party of approximately 50 people. It was a wonderful event that went without a hitch. They where kind, sensitive and timely. "I run a Amazing Race event for birthday's and gatherings. I sent a group over to Philly's for lunch they loved it! The owner was just amazing and took part by handing out the next clue. Our group has their picture up on the wall for great memories. Foodwas wow don't forget dessert flavor explosion in your mouth. Yummy! Thank you for helping to make the day ever better!"

"Actually the shawarma is good, portions are big as well. The shawarma is over priced than most of the places! Service is not great though! The owner asked me if the food was good, which I said was! But when you go eat out, it’s not just the food- the service, the attitude of the person who serves, the way you communicate, all count towards the reviews!They are giving free drinks for 5-stars reviews so you will see a lot of 5-stars reviews recently.Last time, I bought two big chicken shawarma and one big fries and mango drinks (which is 5 bucks each! and asked if they can give me one small empty container for fries to put the fries for my 3yo- and the owner told me rudely that it costs $5 for a small EMPTY DISPOSABLE CONTAINER! I find it as terrible customer service!!Edit after owner response: thank you for affirming what I was saying about the attitude and the service! And thank you for welcoming way to have repeat customers with these illiterate responses of the review instead of improving your customer service and attitude!"
