"With mostly great reviews and clearly marked vegan options we decided on a weekend to give it a try for lunch. The inside is cozy and clean, thankfully we were alone along with two staff members working on a table nearby.Vegan Pad Thai the taste was OK. It was very underwhelmed taste. It neither tasted sweet, sour or spicy. The seasonings not up to par. We had dinner size more on it later.Thai Sweet Basil disappointed with this dish as well. The taste just wasn’t coming across as well we expected the Thai flavours. The plain steamed rice was good.A large Tom Yum Soup the taste was better and we enjoyed the soup. The only disappointment was the temperature was way less hot for soup. By the we poured in bowls and started it was almost at room temperature. Three small bowls is all we hardly got out of large.The other disappointing factor for all the dishes above is the quantity for the price charged. NotMeant for sharing for sure, but also not filling enough after the meal."

"We haven't been to Tanners in years but were in the area and needed lunches for a group. They're currently usually closed at lunch but were very accommodating and allowed us to order ahead of time. Everybody enjoyed their lunches everything was fabulous even...as takeout. They also provided environmentally friendly utensils. Will definitely be back when in the area. Hopefully, we'll be able to dine in next time!!"

"I have the double sandwich combo with the classic fries. fries are shoe ring (which I really like) and well seasoned (not only salt). sandwiches were smaller, but two of them are like a big sandwich eat. bonus is that they get two different aromes. definitiw a filler combination safe. the staff was very nice and very attentive. safe a firm spot and 5 stars on eating and service"

"Such a beautiful café. Great pastries and hot beverages.They're not dog friendly, but the staff were very accommodating and friendly.We couldn't go inside with our 6 months old GR ?. It was also pouting rain when we visited; however, one of their staff kindly offered us seats so we can sit in front of the café and they even gave us a bowl of water for our dog. So thank you, we'll definitely come back soon!"

"It’s busy, so it must be great!!! We had a thirty minute wait when we showed up at 11am. We were quickly but pleasantly greeted and seated at the thirty minute mark. Our server was kind and thorough. We received our water immediately after being seated which was a great touch. Food came out within 15-20 minutes, and was top notch! Fresh, hot and flavourful. The coffee is good too! The price point is on point with the portions and totally worth the quality of dishes. Looking forward to making the drive back, many times. Thank you!Parking: It’s in a plaza next to a timmies so plenty of parking."
