What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
I know it's important to wear a mask everywhere. I forgot to wear my mask in these McDonald's. The family behind me also left her mask in the car. We said we wouldn't be served if we didn't have our masks in the Chapin SC site. I appreciate McDonald's efforts to keep everyone safe. This is the WORST McDonald's I have ever been to.. one time I waiting an hour for my food with no one saying anything to me. Not to mention there were employees doing TikTok's and playing on their phone. I was doing DoorDash one day and picked up my orderand again. No one said anything to me. No hello, how can I help you, have a nice day. Nothing. And now I got myself a meal. Somefries are rock solid and others taste barely cooked. None of which are in the slightest bit warm. This McDonald's needs aMASSIVE wake up call. At this point I would rather drive the 6 miles toward the one on bells ferry instead of going to this onethat's 1 miles away from me. For the love of all things good and holy, do better yall.
This McDonald's use to be awesome. Not sure if it sold to another owner but my experience this evening was pretty sad. What happened to customer service? Why is it seem these workers are doing you a favor while they collect a paycheck. Do these workersrealize without customers they have no hours. Very sad I do blame management for the poor service. Shape it up. I give zerostars. It just makes you add a star.
Love this place i work late but there is a nice manager who works overnight . very pretty eyes . she always makes sure everything is correct and gives extra sauces and is super nice when she talks over the speaker . she?s a very funny girl. i seewhy i keep coming back she remembers my order and let?s me know in advance if i?m out of something.her employees love her andtalk good about her all the time . very understanding and patient: keep her forever
I was so looking forward to my McDonald meal especially after a long drive through Atlanta. I got off at the McDonald's and ordered the double cheeseburger with no onion and large fry. The double Fred was old and fell apart as I took it out of thepaper to eat. The meat was dried out and hardly any condiments on my sandwich. The meat had a funny smell to it. I could not eatthe burger at all. I did eat the hot fries which I appreciated because they were hot and I was very hungry. That's why I gave ita two-star for the food. The person at the drive-thru window was very pleasant. Since I was traveling and on the highway I didnot go back actually I will remember this McDonald's on every trip I travel South and will not stop here.
Only gave one star because there wasn 't a zero. Completely nasty! The bathrooms were disgustingly gross. The floor in the employee work area was flooded. The food, not to my surprise, was almost as bad. Chicken sandwich and fries tasted like theywere cooked a week ago. I literally ate a few of my fries, threw the bun away because it was so hard. The chicken took meabout 2 bites before throwing it out. Horrible visit!
